My mom and I took the kids to Granville Island today to check out the Olympic fun there. It was a day of trains ... skytrain from Lougheed to Science World station, walk to Cambia to take the Bombardia to Granville Island, then back the same way (oh with a little lift on the Canada Line to cut out the long walk on the way back. (why I took no pics of that, I don't know). I wish the trains on the Canada line were on all the lines, they are lovely.
But I did get pics of the kids with Quatchie and Miga (sort of).
And hula hooping (well, sort of).
And juggling (again, sort of).
But it was all defintely a fun time for the kids. Atlantic House, just a bar. Swiss House, just an expensive fondue place with a pricey raclette taster outside.

Great photos - hope that sunshine comes back!! Granville Island is one place we have not gone yet - if the weather clears up, I'm heading there tomorrow! Good to see you enjoying so much of the Games with your family!
