Life Around Here

Am I the only one that was completely deceived by the start of the school year? Am I the only one that truly thought that the routine of school and activities would give me more time and that things would be less busy than the comings and goings of the summer? Well, if I was, then I feel like a fool. Next September, I'll know better won't I to think that.

So here I am, already in October with no idea where September went. I know what happened last month, but I don't know how it all happened so quickly.

Morgan started school again. He's in grade one and loves his teacher. Here's a few photos we snapped over the long weekend to avoid the crush on the first day of school (the last one is from our walk to school on the first day).

Tess returned to preschool for her final year there. We switched her to the morning class, so there are new friends to make and a new teacher to get to know. Here she is on her first day.

The rest of the month is a blur...with soccer season starting for Morgan and Tess, art classes over at 4Cats art studio, lots of errands, purging the house of it's clutter, and I trully don't know what else.
